Survival game Dysmantle passes two million sales

Survival romp Dysmantle has shifted over two million copies so far.

That's according to developer 10tons, which revealed that the title has surpassed this sales milestone over the last 40-plus months since its November 2021 1.0 launch. Prior to that, the game spent 12 months in Early Access. So far, it has launched on PC, PlayStation, Xbox, Switch, iOS and Android.

There's no breakdown as to how many copies have been sold on each platform.

To celebrate passing two million sales, the studio is releasing a new physical version of Dysmantle for PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch.

“We can’t thank our fans enough for helping us hit the amazing milestone of 2 million copies sold,” 10ton's co-founder and vice-CEO Sampo Töyssy (pictured) said.

“We are celebrating that with a new physical edition of Dysmantle hitting PS5 and Switch on June 27th. This release is somewhat bittersweet for us, as we had planned to bring this to the US too, but due to some unfortunate circumstances the US release remains unconfirmed. Nonetheless, we hope everyone that wants a copy manages to get their hands on it and thank you all again for your support.”
