Don’t call it an “expansion” or a “chapter,” but Elder Scrolls Online’s upcoming June Seasons of the Worm Cult Part 1 hopes to make as much of a splash as in previous years even so. Over the weekend, ZeniMax Online Studios posted a thinly veiled hype blog in the form of five suggestions of how players can prepare themselves for the not-expansion.
Most of these suggestions point players to the upcoming story, including finishing up the main quest arc, recruiting some new allies, and completing the free prologue quest. Probably the best advice here is to save up in anticipation of the new subclassing feature.
“If you want to get the most out of subclassing, you should ensure you have a character that has reached level 50 and have a bunch of spare skill points ready when the new system goes live in June.” That’s June 2nd for PC/Mac and June 18th for console. “Hang on to those XP and respec scrolls, too,” the studio said.
