The Finals is one of the most fun competitive FPS games on the market today, with many players calling it a “breath of fresh air“. Embark Studios is hard at work bringing regular new content and modes to the game. With the game only being a few months old, it has already been a hit with players and it will likely only continue to grow as time goes on, and the announcement of a new mode will certainly help with that.

Embark Studios has announced that a new game mode is set to launch soon. The mode is called Attack & Defend and is set to be revealed on Monday, April 29th at 11 am EST/4 pm GMT. So far, there is no information regarding what the mode will be like, but based on the name it could be similar to the Attack & Defend game mode from games such as Rainbow Six Vegas.

In the Rainbow Six Vegas version of the mode, teams are split with the attacking team taking an objective to the extraction point, while the defenders must prevent the objective from reaching the extraction. Right now this is just speculation based on similar modes, but we will find out on April 29th what the mode is and we will keep you up to date with all of the news.

Ahead of the reveal, Embark Studios has posted the link to the YouTube trailer, which will premiere at 11 am EST/4 pm GMT and you can check it out below.

The Finals is currently deep in Season 2 and it has been an exciting season so far, with an Easter event and plenty of updates to add new content including new weapons, buffs, and nerfs.
