The third phase of WoW Classic’s Season of Discovery goes live this afternoon, bringing with it yet another endgame shift and evolving scavenger hunt. If you’re trailing the pack on this special ruleset, don’t fret: Players who are a little behind in levels will see a 100% XP buff through level 39 and a 50% XP buff from 40 to 49.

With this phase, players can level up to 50 and tackle the Sunken Temple (Temple of Atal’Hakkar), now reworked into a 20-player raid. There are also six (or more) more runes for each class to discover, additional loot for high-level dungeons, and an “all-new outdoor PvE event” called Nightmare Incursions.

Of this last feature, Blizzard said, “Players will cross into the Emerald Nightmare through these mysterious portals in four locations around the world: Ashenvale, Duskwood, Hinterlands, and Feralas. Content is available to players who are leveling up as well as maximum level characters as they unravel the storyline.”
