TERA Console launches its newest battle pass, balances classes, and makes quality-of-life changes

TERA Console is still swimming along in the wake of its closed PC sibling: The MMORPG has released another update this week that arguably manages to toe the line between maintenance mode and update in a weird and frankly uncomfortable dance.

The marquee attraction for this patch is the launch of the Season 12 battle pass, which has a dyeable hanbok cosmetic, weapon boxes, and card crates as some of the big ticket items players can try for. There’s the usual Plus upgrade on hand as well, which will push the battle pass level to 50 and grant immediate rewards.

As for gameplay-related things, that’s mostly about class balancing for the Gunner, Slayer, and Ninja; the removal of items from a returning player reward box and the removal of a Metamorphic Emblem from all leveling rewards; and several quality-of-life adjustments related to boss rage UI, card collecting, tooltips, and quests.
