Update 6/12/23: Among Us VR is now available in Europe and other regions, joining North America about a day later, on 5th December.
Original Story: Among Us VR was announced for PSVR2 earlier this year, but it was never stated when it'd be arriving. The virtual reality version of the popular social game is certainly a hit on other VR platforms, so when can PSVR2 players join the fun? Today, actually — 4th December, 2023.
Out of nowhere, Among Us VR is now available for purchase ($9.99) on the North American PS Store. At the time of writing, the game is not live on the European PS Store, and there's no release date yet. However, DLC for the VR game is available, so it seems like it'll arrive imminently. We'll update this story as and when that happens.
We've not seen any official word on the game's PSVR2 launch, either — it really has just appeared unannounced.

Managed to secure the platinum for Among Us so definitely looking forward to see how it plays on PSVR2.
This, Arizon Sunshine 2 and RE4 are all looking like a lot of fun for VR2. And all within a few days of each other.
@Shepherd_Tallon yep, for me add in FNAFF: HW 2, Arashi and Vertigo 2 to that list, December is looking good for the headset.
December is a ridiculously great month for PSVR2. Just in time for Christmas.
I did not have Among Us VR high on my radar of games to play this December, but after trying it out last night (just $10), I am hooked.
I am still looking forward to the many other releases scheduled for December, but in particular Arashi, RE4 VR Mode, Vertigo 2, Arizona Sunshine 2, and Towers and Powers.
I will probably also be trying out Not For Broadcasst VR and Five Nights at Freddy's: Help Wanted 2.
Xmas day can't come quick enough, really looking forward to getting my hands on the PSVR2!!!

@EnragedGibbon It is a good question, I am massive Star Wars fan so Tales From the Galaxy is a must having not played it before and I have got GT7 & RE so look forward to diving into them too. Horizon is in the box so that is a day one, heard good things about Red Matter and having played Moss on the OG PSVR I will no doubt dip into the second one of them along with Saints & Sinners. Open to suggestions though buddy if you have any!?!?
@Mostik A great selection already...it's expensive but a wheel for GT7 is amazing. I tend to play Synth Riders a lot. Racket Fury for £8 at the moment is a steal, full price not so much...Ragnarock and air guitar are great fun also, again, when on sale they are a steal! Demeo is good fun for a bit of strategy.
Creed and C-smash are really good for a bit of a workout (as well as being fun!).
I am wanting to get Barbaria and Propagation: Paradise hotel but am really poor with the horror (I am about to dive in with RE4 remake, will prob last ten minutes! 🤣)
Finally, Pistol Whip is superb!!
I will say with what you have already I would wait for sales for everything else as you have enough to keep you going!
Anyway, hope you enjoy it all (don't know if you have tried VR before but don't push through any motion sickness you may get at first, just take a break).
