Ubisoft is giving away free copies of Assassin's Creed Syndicate to PC players for a short time only.

Players can currently log on to Ubisoft Connect and find themselves a free copy of Assassin's Creed Syndicate. The Ubisoft Connect site says the following: "Ubisoft is pleased to offer you Assassin’s Creed Syndicate. You can claim your free game from November 27 at 01:00 pm to December 6 at 01:00 pm (your local time), and you will be able to play it at any time!"

Assassin's Creed Syndicate is an action-adventure video game set in London in 1868, just at the onset of the Industrial Revolution. Players take control of twin assassins who are tasked with taking the city back from Templar control and find a rare artifact before their enemies do. Players will also see segments during WW1 which follow the main protagonist's granddaughter.

This London-based Assassin's Creed game came out in November 2015 and is the ninth installment in the long-running and iconic series. It currently has a Metascore of 74 on Metacritic, while the most recent entry, Assassin's Creed Mirage, has a score of 76.

Assassin's Creed Mirage is currently available for players on PS4PS5Xbox OneXbox Series X|S, and PC, and it is also set to receive an iPhone 15 Pro version in early 2024.

Assassin's Creed Mirage is a fantastic return to the series' core. With tons of exciting and beautiful scenery to take in, this latest installment is a fantastic option for old and returning players. There is also the added bonus of investigations, which players can follow to solve cases, as well as some great modern reimaginings of classic mechanics. Mirage is a fantastic combination of action and mystery; what more could a player want?
