New gameplay clips from Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth have emerged online (thanks to P4GTeam on YouTube), and although most of them deal with stuff we've already seen in various previews, we're also given a fresh glimpse of the all-important Gold Saucer minigames. This includes a better look at chocobo racing, which has received an impressive overhaul.
Indeed, chocobos can now drift — complete with sparks — and you'll be hunting down boost pads in order to attain maximum speed. It's only a few seconds of footage, but it looks like fantastic fun. The motorbike minigame is back as well, and so is boxing. Just like everything else in Rebith, it seems as though the details have been fleshed out considerably — and we're willing to bet that players will be spending an awful lot of time at the Gold Saucer.

I'm losing my mind with this game. My most anticipated game of next year
If you had told me that a remake of my favorite game of all time (Persona 3) would have been overshadowed by any other game, I would have called you crazy. But darn it I’m more excited to play Rebirth than anything else on the horizon.
I really wish they'd stop releasing so much footage when the game is still 4 months away, it's making the wait so much harder.
This looks like it’s going to be absolutely massive. Love seeing what looks a little like an FFVII take on Chocobo Hot & Cold from IX. It’s a little worrisome, in a way, that they’ve focused so much on all the sandbox stuff and not very much on the story so far, but perhaps that’s to not spoil too much ahead of time; hopefully they learned a bit of a lesson about that from Remake. Either way, I’m glad to see how this complements XVI, with having all the things that that game felt lacking in.
Mini-game overload! I sincerely hope that that strategy game they had in Intergrade also makes a comeback, as it was pretty fun imho.

About to FINALLY start the remake and also have Crisis Core Reunion to go with it.
Buzzing to play Rebirth when it arrives but just can't being myself to watch any gameplay previews as of yet. I want to keep as much of it as it fresh as possible for when I'm playing it. Saw one trailer and that's it.
Ok I am yet to play the remake..I play the original a lot..but from what I see is the generations that were not about when this game 1st landed I feel through watching the video they are going to get the same feeling I had when I played the Original ..hopefully pure joy..The Remake guys have done an excellent job and I can now appreciate why it took them so long..This Game got me into gaming.
