If you’re wondering if Sea of Thieves is down at the moment, you’ve arrived at the right place.
At the time of writing, we’re currently expecting the Sea of Thieves servers to go offline from 9AM UTC / 10AM GMT, which is confirmed from the official site.
There’s been no word when the servers will be back online, however, we expect they’ll return shortly. The server downtime coincides with an increase in encounters with the Sea of Thieves Llamabeard error, which seems to be preventing some players from logging on to the game.
When is Sea of Thieves back online and when does downtime end?
As mentioned above, there’s been no official confirmation as to when Sea of Thieves is going to be back online, however, we can expect the servers to be down for a little while. This is in preparation for the Monkey Island update in Season 10.
We imagine that servers will only be down for a few hours until the late afternoon in the UK, when we think that you’ll be able to get back onto the high-seas once again.
