CD Projekt Red has announced that they’ll be revealing more information on the Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty expansion this coming June. The developers have also stated that they’ll be arranging “hands-on sessions for press and content creators” during Summer Game Fest. Casual players, on the other hand, will have to remain patient as a demo for the new chapter will be coming at a later date.

Unfortunately, the Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty release date is still yet to be given out so we may have to wait until then for a specific time frame. However, the trailers that have been shown so far promise an exciting continuation to the dystopian story that will surely excite fans of the futuristic open world entry.

Aside from a few story snippets, the teasers that were previously provided by CD Projekt Red have also revealed the addition of Idris Elba as Solomon Reed to the game’s roster. In addition to Keanu Reeves being heavily featured as Johnny Silverhand once again, the scenes that are going to be shown throughout the expansion’s story could possibly be some of the most iconic ones purely because of the star power that will be put on display.

It’s currently unclear, though, whether Elba’s character will be helping you in your story as the sneak peeks have only given viewers a vague direction of the plot. Nevertheless, the award-winning actor’s iconic voice and spine-chilling line delivery is set to make each playthrough a memorable one no matter what team he’s playing on.
