God of War: Ragnarok's New Game Plus mode adds a few more armor options available that players may collect and equip. This brings the total number of armor to 27, adding more variety to how Kratos performs and looks. However, one dedicated found discovered an unannounced detail that adds a unique spin on one of the available armors.
Reddit user oJuuc discovered a small secret regarding God of War: Ragnarok's Cloak of the Black Bear. In his post, he states that the aforementioned piece of armor changes color depending on the waist armor worn. This is a little detail that has a huge effect on how Kratos is visually represented in-game. The armor can be shown in green, gray, or black, as shown in the screenshots. Currently, oJuuc has stated that he found only three waist armor that works with this feature.
As transmogrification is a feature available in God of War: Ragnarok, fans need not worry about the stats as they can just choose whichever look they prefer. oJuuc mentioned that the neat little trick works when using transmogrification as well. While his post only deals with the Cloak of the Black Bear, there might be a possibility that other armors may react differently to being paired together. If there is more, then it's a good sign for those looking for more clothing options for the main hero Kratos.
