Bungie confirmed a major bug affecting Exotic glaives in Destiny 2's Throne World will be fixed in the upcoming mid-season update. Once the update is available, Destiny 2 players should be able to retrieve and craft a number of Exotic glaives that were originally introduced with the Witch Queen expansion. After completing the Investigation mission from The Witch Queen's campaign, Destiny 2 players may speak to Ikora Rey to receive the Hard Evidence quest, and the Enclave's Evidence Board becomes accessible. This is the first step toward obtaining one of the three Throne World Exotic glaive patterns: Edge of Action, Edge of Concurrence, and Edge of Intent. Each Exotic glaive is exclusive to one of the three main classes in Destiny 2, so players are required to have a Hunter, Titan, and Warlock character ready to receive all three glaives. After successfully completing the Exotic glaive quests and crafting the weapon, players may acquire the other two patterns by completing the Wellspring Offensive activity in the Throne World.RELATED: Destiny 2 Gambit Players Call for Return of Removed MapThe official Bungie Help Twitter account confirms the Evidence Board bug will be fixed in a Destiny 2 mid-season update during Season of Defiance. Currently, a bug prevents some players from completing the necessary Evidence Board quests to obtain an Exotic glaive. Some players are also unable to access the Evidence Board entirely, which means the progression for the quest is locked completely. The mid-season update will fix issues plaguing the Evidence Board at the Enclave, allowing players to progress through the required quests to acquire an Exotic Glaive pattern.

On March 30, the Destiny 2 developers released the hotfix 7.0.0.7 update to fix bugs affecting the Root of Nightmares raid and Trials of Osiris Crucible activity. Bungie is already hard at work on the mid-season update, which involves the long-awaited Throne World Exotic glaive fix. Further details about the Destiny 2 mid-season update were not revealed, but Bungie will likely share more details in a future blog post.

The Throne World Exotic glaive fix comes over a year after the launch of the Witch Queen expansion. Although Destiny 2 players had to wait a long time for the fix, those who were unable to try out the Exotic glaives may finally do so during the latter half of Season of Defiance. These Exotic glaives may prove useful while attempting to create powerful new loadouts for Hunters, Titans, and Warlocks.

Player feedback will remain vital for upcoming seasons of Destiny 2 and future expansions. Leaks suggest a major overhaul for Season of the Deep, so Bungie may be looking out for player feedback after the changes go live in Destiny 2.

Destiny 2 is available now for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
