Can you be able to choose your own house in Hogwarts Legacy?

Yes, Hogwarts Legacy will allow you to choose your preferred House at the beginning of the game. Even though students are typically assigned their House by the Sorting Hat, you will be given the chance to select the one you want most during the Sorting Ceremony according to the game’s FAQ page.

However, there is another simple account trick that can help you pick not only your preferred House but your favorite Wand as well.

How to choose your own House in Hogwarts Legacy?

There are going to be four different Houses available in Hogwarts Legacy for you to choose from: Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff, Slytherin, and Gryffindor. Moreover, there are also a number of Wands that you can wield. However, if you want to use the House and the Wand that was given to you in the Harry Potter Fan Club website, there’s an alternative trick you can use to get the goodies of your choice:

• First, you will need to log into your Wizarding World account or set one up if you do not have an account already.

2. From there, you can complete the Wand Ceremony and Sorting Ceremony and choose whichever House and Wand you see fit.

3. Once done, go to the Wizarding World’s website, and you should already have the first two options ticked.

4. Now, head on over to the WarnerBros Games website and log in or sign up for an account.

5. From there, head into Connections and connect the Harry Potter Fan Club account with your Warner Bros account. Your House and Wand should be imported into your account.

Once the data is transferred, Hogwarts Legacy will automatically recognize your House and Wand and will place you in the same House, wielding the same Wand, when the game commences. 

Note: When the game is released, you will start with the House and Wand you set in your Wizarding World account.

Being able to choose the House of your choice in Hogwarts Legacy is definitely something that fans are excited about.
