A new Genshin Impact leak shows two new weapons that will arrive in the upcoming version 3.5. The game's official social media accounts have already confirmed that the next update will introduce two new characters named Dehya, and Mika.

Dehya has played an important role in the Sumeru arc where she was presented as a fearless warrior that uses the claymore as her primary weapon. She is expected to be a new five-star character in Genshin Impact while the second character, Mika, will probably have a lower four-star rarity.

A new leak on the Genshin Impact Leaks subreddit shows two new claymores that are expected to join the live servers in a couple of weeks. The first item is named Beacon of the Reed Sea, and it will serve as the signature weapon for the new Pyro claymore character Dehya. According to the leak, the five-star claymore will have the following stats:

  • Weapon type: Claymore
  • Rarity: Five-star weapon
  • Base Attack: 608
  • Secondary stat: Crit Rate
  • Secondary stat max. value: 33.1%
  • Passive: Increases the weapon holder's ATK by 20% for 8 seconds after an Elemental Skill hits an enemy. Taking damage will also increase ATK by 20% for the same duration. These two effects can be triggered even when the character is not on the field. Additionally, when the weapon holder's max. HP will get increased by 32% if they are not protected by a shield

A lot of comments claim that this five-star weapon will perfectly fit Dehya's unique play style as previous leaks revealed that she will be the first bruiser-like character in Genshin Impact. In order to benefit from the HP buff, players should try to avoid having a shielder in their team comp. The four-star weapon is called Mailed Flower, and it will have the following stats:

  • Weapon type: Claymore
  • Rarity: Four-star weapon
  • Base Attack: 565
  • Secondary stat: Elemental Mastery
  • Secondary stat max. value: 110
  • Passive: The weapon holder will receive a 24% ATK and 96 EM buff that will last for 8 seconds whenever an Elemental Skill hits an opponent or triggers an Elemental Reaction.

While many fans seem very excited about the four-star claymore, they don't like the fact that they will need to visit three different regions to collect the ascension materials. Some players hope that the weapon will be viable for an upcoming character named Kaveh who is expected to join the roster in a couple of months.

Both weapons are currently part of the current beta phase which confirms their arrival for Genshin Impact update 3.5. According to HoYoverse's usual update schedule, the new update should drop around March 5.

Genshin Impact is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, and mobile devices.
