Tower of Fantasy Opens Void Abyss, Temporarily Suspends First Server Transfers

Tower of Fantasy has some brand new challenges, including the new Void Abyss mode.  the team has also temporarily halted the first round of server transfers after an issue.

The team originally announced server transfers would begin on December 29th on a few servers, with a second-round due to happen on January 10th, 2023 for additional servers.  The purpose was to have healthier player populations and to have more available to maintain the new content. However, there was a major issue that halted the process and the team will have more soon. There is still new content rolling out though. Specifically more high-level stuff to occupy your time.

Void Abyss is here. This new mode opened up yesterday, January 1st. Progress will reset every month on the 1st, so we can presume that the rewards will also change, giving everyone an opportunity to start anew and not feel like they're going to get left behind.

In order to access the new mode, you have to reach level 80 and clear the Void Rift. Once you've done that you're clear to enter and queue up for the instanced challenge. When you're in, you'll have to get familiar with the new system known as Abyssal Tech. This will give you passive buffs that you can get in exchange for resources. You'll have to exchange the resources before you enter the Void Abyss. The categories you can derive buffs from are the usual ones you'd expect: attack, support, and defense.

The Tower of Fantasy team has provided a guide to take you through the Void Abyss if you need some help getting started. This will tell you how gearing and buffs work, info on all the bosses you'll face, and which tech will be available this month before things reset on February 1st.
