Dragonflight Season 1 begins tomorrow, and in addition to the arrival of the first raid, there are Mythic+ dungeons, four new world bosses, a new arena, the Primalist class armor sets, and much more.

After placing the beginning of Season 1 this week, it’s almost time. The first raid, Vault of the Incarnates, arrives in Normal, Heroic, and Mythic difficulties. Later in the season, cross-realm play will unlock, but for now, there will be a timed rollout that Blizzard has lasting through the week of January 16th. Naturally, where there are challenges, there’s gear, and the Primalist class armor sets are here. If you  Equip two or four set pieces, and expect bonuses to your abilities. You'll be able to get these pieces from certain boss drops in the raid.

If you're looking for more stuff to do, there are four new world bosses: “Basrikron, the Shale Wing, Bazual, the Dreaded Flame, Liskanoth, the Futurebane, and Strunraan, the Sky's Misery.” They’ll be rotating weekly.

Primal Storms is also sticking around for another type of challenge. You'll be able to earn a full set of item level 359 armor suited for your class and specialization by collecting Elemental Overflow from Primal Storms here. Trade with Mythressa in Valdrakken for the armor, or even some other goods, like pets and a mount. If you’re lucky enough to have a Primal Core drop from an enemy, you can redeem that for a Storm Sigil, good for upgrading your gear.

Mythic+ Season 1 is also opening, with a new rotation containing four Dragonflight dungeons, and four returning dungeons from previous expansions.

The Nokhudon Proving Grounds is the newest Arena, and it will be doing things a little differently. The layout uses ramps, pillars, and also includes a middle wall, so you'll have cover and even the potential for a vertical surprise. Compete here for glory.

You can read all the details and the content notes, as well as preview every one of the Primalist armor sets, over at World of Warcraft.
