AMD Radeon’s RDNA 3 release date will complete the final major release of the team red, green, and blue triumvirate. September saw the release of AM5 Ryzen CPUs, whilst October brought RTX 4090s and Intel 13th Gen CPUs to the table.

RDNA 3 heralds the next range of RX 7000 series GPUs, boasting a 54% performance increase ahead of RDNA 2. Quickly gaining a reputation for both energy efficiency and power, the RDNA 3 cards will be kinder to your energy bill than running its main opposition, the RTX 4080, and you can read our RX 7900 XTX vs RX 7900 XT piece here for a comprehensive comparison between the two.

In this article we’ll break down the release date and dive into the newly released specs, including discussions on raytracing, clock speeds and Hypr-RX.
