Atlus has recently shared that it is working with Japan Crate, a Western company that ships Japanese goods globally in uniquely designed boxes, to create an exclusive Persona 5 Royal snack bundle. The limited edition box will have exclusive Persona 5 Royal merchandise and a variety of Japanese snacks that fans of the role-playing game will likely enjoy.

With Persona 5 Royal's launch in other gaming platforms just around the corner, it seems only strategic for Atlus to come out with relevant collaboration announcements to build up the hype. Recently, Persona 5 Royal announced a cooperative board game and before that, a new limited edition video game bundle was put on sale at the Atlus online store. And to ensure that interested fans will not get spoiled about the game's plot too early, Atlus has also announced its restrictions on content creation and live streaming of the upcoming release of the RPG.

According to Japan Crate's official site, the limited edition Persona 5 Royal custom crate is already available for the game's fans to purchase. The snack box will come with exclusive Persona artwork, a fold out poster, and one unique Persona 5 poker chip. Fans will likely be interested in this specific item, as they can get one out of six variations featuring some members of the Phantom Thieves. The snack box will also come with 18 Japan-limited snacks and candies that are themed after the video game, giving fans the complete Persona 5 Royal experience.

The limited edition snack box is priced at $49.95 USD, with free shipping unless stated otherwise by the company. Shipping lead times within the United States is around 3-5 business days. However, Japan Crate does send their crates around the globe so fans outside the United States will still be able to get their hands on the limited edition snack box. Given that Persona 5's setting is based on Tokyo, the game's community will likely be very interested in having a taste of the snacks and candies that represent the Japanese city.

There are only a few days until the release of Persona 5 Royal outside the PlayStation 4, and community members are likely already counting down the days until the game's launch. With this new limited-edition box from Japan Crate, it would likely be a fun and interesting experience to be eating Japanese snacks and candies while going through the story, gameplay, and features of the popular RPG.

Persona 5 Royal is available now on PS4 and will be released for the Nintendo Switch, PC, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S on October 21, 2022.
