How to play crossplay in Overwatch 2
Visit the Battle.net website to sign up, and click on the Connections tab to link your console of choice. You’ll just need to enter your login info for that network. Then, add your friends through their Battle.net tag or their email.
Once you’re in the game, scroll down to the Social tab and any friends you’ve added through your Battle.net account will appear, including those on other consoles. You can then invite them to join your group, join their games, and any other option you’d have with friends on the same console.
Does Overwatch 2 have cross progression?
Yes, Overwatch 2 supports cross progression. Regardless of where you play Overwatch 2, your unlocked cosmetics and characters will be able to come with you. Again, this will be facilitated via Battle.net.
As soon as you’re logged into your Battle.net account and connected it to your platform of choice, head back to the Connections tab and choose to connect any of the available platforms. You can add your Apple, Facebook, Google, Xbox Network, Nintendo, PlayStation Network, Steam, and Twitch.
Any connection with your Battle.net will carry over to Overwatch 2, including your cosmetics, characters, and progression. All you need to do is log in to that Battle.net account on the platform.

Be aware that you can only link your Battle.net account to one account with Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo at a time. There will also be a cooldown to change the account connected if you decide to do so. If you have more than one gaming profile, choose wisely which one to use.
