The second weekend of the Modern Warfare 2 beta welcomes Xbox and PC players to the battle.
Wonder no longer as we’ve got the time proceedings kick off right here. Before we start, be sure your PC is ready for the beta, by casting your eyes over the minimum system requirements over here.
The Modern Warfare 2 beta second weekend will follow a similar pattern to the first – starting with an early access period from 6pm UK time (10am PT) on September 22. Those with codes and pre orders can play from then. (Or if you already played last weekend.)
What time does MW2 PC open beta start?
Then, from September 24 at 6pm UK time (10am PT) the beta opens to everyone. No code will be required, just download the client from Steam or Battle.net and you’ll be allowed in. So, if you’re looking to play the game for free on PC, mark this down in your diary!
The second weekend – and the Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 beta as a whole – will then close at 6pm UK time (10am PT) on Monday, September 26.
There’s the chance Infinity Ward could extend the beta at their own discretion, given it has happened in previous years, so keep an eye on their socials for updates.
