FIFA 23 Companion App Release Time
With EA launching FIFA 23’s web app, all eyes turn to the companion app – which acts as a supplement to the web app.
We know that EA have confirmed that the FUT 23 Companion App will launch Thursday September 22, 2022, however we’re unsure on when exactly.
For reminder, the FIFA 23 Web App launched approximately between 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM GMT. It’s highly likely we could see a similar launch for the companion app which is between 6:00 PM BST to 7:00 PM BST
LIVE Update as of 6:30 PM BST 09/22/22: The FIFA 23 Companion App is now live! You should be able to refresh your app store or update it accordingly, enjoy!
FIFA 23 Companion App Access
Well, it’s very similar to the web app when it comes to being able to get access. EA have specifically noted a criteria for players to be met to access the companion app.
For a reminder, this is what you need to follow by EA to ensure you have access:
- You must have created a FUT Club in FIFA 22 and logged in to FUT 22 on your platform before August 1st to get access to it.
- You need to have an existing FUT account
- Your account needs to be in good standing.
- Playing FIFA 23 once you have the full game can contribute to earning coins.
Good standing refers to having your club in a good standard in relation to EA’s rules and not having the potential to disobey them.
FIFA 23 Companion App Early Access – will it end?
As the companion app is a supplement to the web app, it’s expected that early access will be reciprocated on the companion app just with the same amount of time as the Web App.

How can I download FIFA 23 Companion App?
It’s super simple – just head to your designated application whether it’s iOS (App Store) or Android (Google Play) and click install, pretty easy, right?
However don’t be surprised if you won’t be able to get past the home screen once installed, as EA are undergoing maintenance for a fresh update to the app for FIFA 23. The change however is imminent so brace yourself!
