Swords of Legends Online launched a year ago on July 9, 2021, and the SOLO team is celebrating with events. They’re also adding in a brand new raid if you prefer to get festive in The Demon Battlefield by battling monsters.

The in-game anniversary events will be beginning next week on July 14th. Every day, you'll be able to find red envelopes dropping that contain different root words. There will also be a quiz about  Shenzhou that could win you some loot too. More details on these events will be coming next week. There are also some planned celebrations out of the game, including contests. One of those began today, the Screenshots of Legends contest will let players share some of their best anniversary related screenshots for the chance to win some items like a voucher for 5000 Crimson Coins. This runs through July 17th.

Meanwhile, the team has also announced the next raid on the way. The Demon Battlefield sure sounds ominous, and it just might be, which is one reason these raids always get added in easy and normal difficulties first. You'll have to take on the demons and grab a group of 10 to 20 people to take on the raid.

Tianlu City, the capital of the immortals, is the place where many monsters have been defeated over time. These meaningful victories held back, but haven’t eliminated the thread, since in this chapter of SOLO’s story, the biyouji have been attacking and loosening many barriers. Of course, this means you’ll have to prepare to face a horde of demons, like the Dark Plume Demon, a flying type that has been corrupted by the biyouji and is unleashing destruction. Blade Demons, which are in the form of mutated shades that make for clever combatants, sometimes strike in ambush.

There will be full details on the raid and rewards to expect soon. For more on the new raid, head to Swords of Legends Online.
