Elden Ring gives players a lot of freedom. The RPG is open world, allowing gamers to decide how they approach The Lands Between. There are also a number of different builds that can be made in Elden Ring, giving anyone the ability to play how they wish.

Elden Ring also has a robust character creation system, allowing players to make a variety of avatars to take into the game. Characters both real and fictional have been made in FromSoftware's RPG, including popular video game characters that most fans will be able to recognize instantly.

A Redditor known as RiptideKuroki made Kratos from the God of War series in Elden Ring. The user was able to replicate the character's white skin, as well as the red mark that is seen on his face. RiptideKuroki equipped Elden Ring's Magma Blades in both hands and the Zamor Bracelets on the arms, which look like the Blades of Chaos that Kratos uses in several God of War games. According to the creator, they tried to make their own build but could never get it to look right. They found another build on YouTube that they followed and then modified it to suit their taste. The end result is an incredible replication of Kratos and shows what can be done in Elden Ring.

The Kratos build is receiving a bit of love on Reddit. A few commenters have posted their approval, while one stated that it looked like FromSoftware added the character into Elden Ring themselves. When asked how long it took to get the Magma Blades, RiptideKuroki stated that it took about an hour after using a Larval Tear and the silver scarab. One user did mention that they are doing a similar build, though they switched to the Highland Axe as it looks like the Leviathan Axe from the most recent God of War game.

RiptideKuroki is not the only one making recognizable characters in FromSoftware's RPG. A Redditor going by the name oEmersonKs created Albert Einstein in Elden Ring, capturing the scientist's look quite well. The creator was able to replicate Einstein's facial features and was able to copy his famous messy hair and mustache. OEmersonKs posted the sliders that anyone would need to make the character in the game themselves, allowing anyone to travel in The Lands Between as the famous physicist. It helps show that players can explore Elden Ring as just about any well-known person or character that they can come up with.

Elden Ring is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
