In the weeks that Sonic Speed Simulator has been around on Roblox, the game has updated itself weekly with events and new characters at a great rate for frequent players. Currently, the game has Sonic, Tails, Amy, and Knuckles on its roster, with at least one unique event-exclusive skin available for each character. Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles in particular can be unlocked at any time, and this guide will tell fans how to unlock Tails.

Miles "Tails" Prower has been a long-standing member of the Sonic franchise's main cast, introduced in Sonic the Hedgehog 2. He serves as Sonic's sidekick, and tags along for a majority of the hedgehog's adventures. Despite his many appearances, he hasn't been properly playable in years, and Sonic Speed Simulator seeks to fill that void.

How to Unlock Tails in Sonic Speed Simulator

While Tails currently has one unique Roblox skin that is event-exclusive, his normal appearance from the Sonic the Hedgehog video games can be unlocked similarly to his blue best friend, Sonic. All players need to do to unlock him is to find his character card as they make their way through the game.

As seen on the character menu, Tails' card can be found in the Lost Valley stage, the second world Sonic Speed Simulator players can visit. In order to get to Lost Valley, fans need to be at least level 25 to unlock the Lost Valley Obby; a platforming area made to test players for the world ahead. Once players get through, they'll have unlimited access to Lost Valley until they Rebirth their character.

Once players get to Lost Valley, they may have a hard time finding the item needed to unlock the fox since unlike Sonic's character card, there's no helpful Omochao there to point them in the right direction. It's possible some players may spend some time wandering around aimlessly trying to find it.

Where exactly Tails' character card can be found is to the very far north of the map. Players will eventually see a dead robot, and the item can be found on a low wooden platform to the left that fans with a high enough level can simply jump onto.

All players need to do to obtain the card is to walk into it, and from there, Tails is permanently available. While Tails goes without the ability to fly in Sonic Speed Simulator and functions the same as the game's other characters, fans of the two-tailed fox will certainly have fun playing as him regardless.

Roblox is available now on Mobile, PC, and Xbox One.
