The Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 leaks continue, as the Warzone 2 map has made its way onto the internet.

Tom Henderson, who has a track record with Call of Duty leaks, has published an image of the map on Try Hard Guides. It shows off numerous points of interest and large bodies of water. Warzone, if you didn’t know, is the battle royale mode of recent Call of Duty games. And it’s free to play.

Check out the leaked image below:

According to the report on Try Hard Guides, Henderson mentions a new swimming mechanic in the mode. “As shown, the Warzone 2 map features a decent amount of water,” Henderson says. “Which is because Warzone 2 will introduce a swimming mechanic into the Warzone series for the first time.”

It’s worth noting that swimming was a feature in Blackout, the series’ first stab at battle royale, which featured in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4.

In other recent Modern Warfare news, Activision revealed the game’s release date yesterday. And the company didn’t just reveal it, either. It arranged for a cargo ship to dock at the Port of Long Beach, Los Angeles.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is coming out on October 28th, 2022. On PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and PC.
