Despite the ongoing technical issues that continue to plague Cyberpunk 2077 over a year after its initial release, the game is still loved by many in the gaming community. This is largely owed to the story, characters, and lore of Cyberpunk 2077. However, one fan has recently found a way to manifest certain aspects of Cyberpunk 2077's worldbuilding via real-world applications.

For many players, one of the most memorable characters in Cyberpunk 2077 is Johnny Silverhand, whose presence is felt throughout most of the game. Silverhand served as the lead singer for the chrome-rock band Samurai, which can be identified by a red Oni mask that serves as an important and recognizable piece of Samurai iconography. As such, Samurai's red Oni mask has become synonymous with Cyberpunk 2077 since the game was first released. Now, one inventive fan has made a real-life version of the iconic mask.

Over on Reddit, a user named regadojunior posted a two-minute video clip that showed off faithfully accurate recreations of Samurai iconography, one of which is a wearable red Oni mask. The black and red gradient is identical to how the Oni mask looks in-game. In addition to the Oni mask, the user also made an amazing replica of Johnny Silverhand's metal appendage in a rock-on-hand sign.

What makes this clip amazing, in addition to all the wonderful creations, is the fact that "Never Fade Away," one of the various Samurai songs that play over the course of Cyberpunk 2077, is playing in the background during the video clip. Many fans likely can agree that while Cyberpunk 2077 is a polarizing game, it has great music that several players have come to love.

It's amazing that for how much is still wrong with Cyberpunk 2077 on the technical side, so many fans of the game have managed to shine through with some truly amazing work based on the RPG. In addition to the Oni mask and Johnny Silverhand's arm, fans have produced all sorts of unique creations. One gamer even dressed up to look like Judy Alvarez.

In any case, it will be interesting to see what the future holds for Cyberpunk 2077. While DLC for Cyberpunk 2077 is still in ongoing development, there haven't been too many specific details revealed. Though, if the DLC is anything like the additional campaigns for The Witcher 3, then fans of Cyberpunk 2077 should have a lot to look forward to.

Cyberpunk 2077 is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
