PQube and Kadokawa Games have announced that 2018 PSP JRPG Metal Max Xeno is coming to PS4, Switch and PC this June in a new Reborn package.

Humanity is on the brink of extinction in a world where evil mother computer NOA has reduced cities to rubble. You’ll be exploring this post-apocalyptic wasteland as Tails, who’s taking the fight back to the machines. To do so, he’ll have to recruit and reunite the scattered survivors across the destroyed remains of civilisation.

Along the way you’ll be scavenging tanks and parts that you find in the desert ruins. You’ll then use these tanks, customise them, swap their parts up for new ones until you form a veritable fighting force. If that’s not to your fancy, you can also get out of the tanks and explore dungeons on foot instead.

You’ll be upgrading your skill-tree and developing abilities tied to one of five categories. These include Drive, Repair, Medical, Militia and Survive. Your party will consist of you, two other teammates and your loyal dog Pochi. Pochi can also be levelled up, just like your squad and learn valuable new skills.
