One of the most fascinating gameplay aspects of Destiny 2 is that it is a looter shooter with plenty of weapon and gear diversity that keeps players engaged in their search for great pieces, be it during basic game modes or in the most advanced. Generally, every game mode and every activity comes with its own loot and a wider loot pool, meaning that it often takes a while for players to get everything they want, and exactly the way they want it. This holds true even for iconic Exotic items, such as Vex Mythoclast from the Vault of Glass Raid, which can sometimes be random drops instead of quest-based ones.

Destiny 2's 30th Anniversary Pack was released about a month ago, and it came with plenty of new content for players to look forward to, such as the Dares of Eternity 6-player activity and the Grasp of Avarice Dungeon. The former can be a great source for Halo-inspired weapons and other items based on Bungie's past work, whereas the latter includes one of Destiny 2's best loot in the form of Artifice Armor, which features a fifth slot reserved to artifact mods.

Destiny 2 YouTuber and content creator Cheese Forever shared a video that shows how players can completely skip the Servitor encounter in the Grasp of Avarice Dungeon in order to get free loot quickly, either solo or in a group. The strategy consists of taking a route that takes players behind the main area for the encounter and traversing it thanks to high mobility and a sword (possibly, The Lament or a Legendary sword with Eager Edge). At least a player should be a Hunter using Stasis, and the reason for it is that Silence and Squall is currently the only Super in the game that can damage the Fallen Shield in the area thanks to a glitch.

In fact, after completing the jumps as shown in the video, players will get on top of a rock from where a box will be visible. The goal is to aim Silence and Squall in a way that hits the bottom of the box, thus damaging the Fallen Shield and depleting it in a single cast or two, tops. Then, players can head back the same way they reached the rock and head to the loot section to claim their Grasp of Avarice rewards.

There is another sort of cheese to use in the Grasp of Avarice Dungeon, as Destiny 2 players can avoid enemy fire if invisible on their Sparrow, which is quite useful for the mine section. This too would require using a Hunter, possibly making the whole team invisible with Smoke Bombs and Omniouculs right at the start.

Destiny 2 is available now on PC, PS4, Stadia, and Xbox One.
