It's not unusual for Destiny 2 players to discover weird bugs in the game, and that's mainly due to the fact that there are so many different elements interacting with one another and possibly creating unpredictable outcomes. Telesto, an Exotic fusion rifle, is largely known for causing all sorts of issues within Destiny 2 because of the unique ways it interacts with actions performed by players, and it even caused an infinite Orb of Power issue when players destroyed the gun's bolt with the Thermoclastic Blooming mod equipped.

Sometimes these strange interactions are not glitches, but rather they might just be obscure mechanics that someone runs into. An example comes from a Destiny 2 Titan using Antheus Ward to reflect a sword projectile, which is something that makes sense once players realize it's possible, but it's not an intuitive mechanic. There are plenty of similar situations within the game and at times, it's not easy to tell features from glitches.

A Reddit user by the name of DestinyEnthusiastYT shared a post describing an issue they ran into while playing Destiny 2, and that is about enemies killed with finishers coming back to life a few seconds later, albeit with their health already reduced to finisher threshold. At first glance, it seems that finishers are not properly eliminating the enemies, but rather just relocating them on the map, considering they don't seem to reappear just where they were defeated. According to the tests made by DestinyEnthusiastYT, this bug doesn't seem to be affected by internet speed, frame rate limit, what finisher is being used, and what sort of activities is currently being played.

The glitch seems to happen everywhere in the game, but Destiny 2's Grasp of Avarice Dungeon appears to be where it occurs the most. This can also be particularly problematic for the Dungeon's mechanics, as players can obtain multiple scorch cannons by finishing off Fallen Vandals and make one spawn, with the original Vandal coming back to life soon after that. The issue is shown in video footage shared by DestinyEnthusiastYT, who used a finisher on a Hive Knight in The Corrupted Strike multiple times before it finally stayed dead.

The Grasp of Avarice Dungeon is also where gamers can experience another hidden interaction, this time one that's apparently legit. In fact, Destiny 2 players can avoid enemy fire if invisible on their Sparrow, which can be particularly useful in the Sparrow section of the Dungeon, while trying to find all the secondary mines to increase the overall timer.

Destiny 2 is available now on PC, PS4, Stadia, and Xbox One.
