In Voice of Cards: The Isle Dragon Roars, players will have to make their way from one location to another, one card at a time. Along their routes, players will come across random events and enemy encounters that can make the early game particularly difficult. So when looking for the Western Cave in this JRPG for the Switch, PC, and PS4, players should know exactly where they are going and be ready to do battle once inside.

The Western Cave

Once players get to the town of Thriceton, the townspeople will complain about someone stealing their treasures. When asking Doctor Cyprie, the man that players were sent to this town to talk to, he insists on them finding a treasure that was lost to him and now is most likely in the Western Cavern. Obviously, the Western Cavern is to the west of the town, and players will have to walk there. There will also be many encounters and dangers once inside the cave, so players should prepare accordingly.

Getting Ready for the Western Cave in Voice of Cards

Voice-Of-Cards-The-Isle-Dragon-Roars-9

In Square Enix's Voice of Cards, outside of the cave, players are warned that going inside before their characters are level 3 is not recommended. However, level 4 is a better level to ensure that players can get in and out without too much difficulty. Also, players will need several healing potions for themselves; these can be found in town at the apothecary shop. Make sure to get as many of these potions as possible, just in case there are more than the usual amount of encounters along the way.

Keep in mind that once players uncover the location of the Western Cave, they can head back to town for a rest at the inn before heading inside with Voice of Cards' fast travel system. This system is great for any location that is well lit and not covered in fog like the Bewildering Wood is.

The Location of the Western Cave

Now that Voice of Cards players are ready to find the cave and battle whatever awaits inside, they just have to find it. The Western Cave is located seven cards to the west and one card south of the town of Thriceton. There is a path that players can follow part of the way, but some off-the-road travel will be necessary to get to the mouth of this formidable cave. This map should help anyone who wants to get there as quickly as possible:
