Square Enix and Nintendo have dropped a new trailer for upcoming RPG Triangle Strategy.

The trailer introduces us to the game’s world and three nations of the game’s central conflict. These include the Kingdom of Glenbrook, the Grand Duchy of Aesfrost and the Holy State of Hyzante. You’re playing as Serenoa, the young Lord of one of Glenbrook’s highest houses. Serenoa is set to marry Frederica of Aesfrost in what should be a union of peace. However, a series of events lead the three nations to the precipice of war.

Your choices will decide how the story plays out, and certain decisions will see members of your party have their own opinions. They’ll cast votes on the Scales of Conviction, with their input influenced by your interactions with each of them during the game. You’ll meet a host of these characters along the way, some of which we’re introduced to in the trailer.

The game, formerly known as Project Triangle Strategy, was announced earlier this year alongside a demo on the Nintendo eShop. Feedback from players of the demo was taken by the development team, who detailed some of the resultant changes last month.

You can check out the latest Triangle Strategy trailer for yourself below. The game launches for the Nintendo Switch on March 4, 2022.
