Anyone who has ever played a FromSoftware game from the last 15 years knows that making it to the end is quite an impressive feat. Twitch streamer The Happy Hob takes this challenge to the next level by attempting to not take a single hit in his playthroughs of these games.

This in itself would be a godlike achievement in the eyes of most gamers, however, he surpassed even that by playing Dark Souls 1-3, Demon's Souls, Bloodborne and, Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice consecutively without taking a single hit. He called the seemingly insurmountable challenge the God Run 2 after completing the original God Run back in 2019. The Happy Hob successfully completed the first God Run just before the release of Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice.

The God Run 2 took The Happy Hob 2 years and 7 months to complete which is exactly how long it has been since Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice released. This time was most likely spent getting to grips with the multitude of different mechanics the game brings to the party as opposed to the rest of the Souls games. Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice relies far more heavily on parrying and perfectly timed dodges and blocks. The rest of the time spent was most likely spent on the multitude of attempts it must have taken to beat each game consecutively as it will remain a difficult task regardless of the number of times it has been done. The Happy Hob will have a mammoth task ahead of him when Elden Ring finally releases.

One would think that they would need to dedicate nearly all of their time to these specific games in order to master them and complete them without getting hit. The Happy Hob, however, took a break from his God Run 2 attempts and complete a no-hit run on Goldeneye 007 for good measure.

It is not hard to see the pure joy on The Happy Hob's face when he killed Nashandra from Dark Souls 2. After defeating Nashandra The Happy Hob jumped up knocking his green screen over while screaming "Let's go!" and finished his celebration off by picking his dog up to smother it in a warm embrace. The Happy Hob will luckily have some time to breathe before the God Run 3 as Elden Ring isn't releasing until February 25, 2022.
