In With The Old

For those that missed the original release, Corpse Party was a survival horror dōjin developed by Makoto Kedōin and Team GrisGris. Now, this indie hit comes with a whole macabre set of updates for a new generation of gaming.

Anybody old enough to remember the 1996 original will appreciate the newly updated adherence to this old school style, featuring visuals based on the original indie game’s designs paired with gruesome descriptions and heart-pounding sound effects. Players will be able to explore every corner of Heavenly Host Elementary using a mix of point and click mechanics and RPG systems.

Two original Extra Chapters expand on the relationship between series favorites Ayumi and Yoshiki, and there are additional characters too. Miku Shirayume and Ryoka Iwami, two brand new characters with their own intriguing roles to play in the grisly legend of Heavenly Host Elementary this time around. This is all wrapped up in a whole host of updates, upgrades, and general improvements to make the whole experience even more inviting.
