A new teaser trailer has just landed on PlayStation's YouTube page, and it's for a game currently known as Project Magnum. Developed by Seoul-based studio Nat Games, there aren't too many details about the game as yet, save for the aforementioned video. We recommend giving it a watch, as the game looks like it could be good.
It's a sci-fi looter shooter with RPG elements, and while that all sounds very much like 2021 Games: The Game, the trailer impresses with its flashy combat and imposing enemies. It appears to be playable in co-op with up to four people for some PvE action, and with those cool grappling hooks, it looks like a kinetic and engaging shooting gallery.
There's no release date attached to the game yet, but hopefully it isn't too far away. It looks promising here, but it's not really enough to make a judgment call. Still, we're excited to learn more. What do you think of Project Magnum? Swing over to the comments section below.

Looks cool but also hardly unique as you said. Even as someone who enjoys these games I don't think there's much room for more of them. Hope we see more soon enough.

Reminds me of Outiders, and I absolutely hated that game
South Korean are famous for their triple A MMORPG with flashy realistic graphic. Black Dessert, upcoming games like Crimson dessert and DokeV are amazing with the graphic. I hope Sony can snatch one or two studios from South Korea

World looks great, Hopefully there is an actual co-op story campaign. On the list to keep an eye on.
See, these looter shooters are brilliant in split screen but Borderlands is the only one that actually offers it.
Honestly, with so many korean games focusing so much on hack and slash, I think this could be refreshing lol Hopefully it will be fun and won't suffer ththe same fate as most other live service looter games like Anthem.
Though I'm not too big with the main character's design. Looks too much like the og poster protagonist of FF14 lol
Looks alright, like mix of Gears, Matrix and War of the worlds.
Hopefully will have a decent single player campaign, not some multiplayer crap.

Someone who liked Final Fantasy and Destiny decided to make a game where those two had a child.
There aren’t actually that many looter shooters released, but the people who dislike them are really vocal about it and therefore it feels like there’s a lot more from all the moaning.
Yes, looks good. But how does traversal work? Can I tether and jump to anything? Or is it map specific areas and bosses? Does it have invisible walls, where I can see a gorgeous background but when I try to explore it a small stick in the path will prevent my progress. If you paint a turd it will always be a turd, no matter how pretty it looks. Here's hoping that this game does not let that happen.
