Dynamight Studios wants players to know that they are listening and have heeded their words from past tests, as they gear up for the Fall Alpha of Fractured which is slated for the end of September. The blog post also includes a 17-minute video description of the changes related to the weapon and armor rebalance.

CEO of Dynamight Studios SRL, Jacopo Gallelli, took to YouTube to explain what’s changed since the Spring Alpha version. The number of advancements and changes that have taken place are so numerous, Jacopo has stated that there will be a total of 4 videos explaining all of the new features. While this first video specifically details the equipment rebalance that intends to make weapons and armor stronger, the remaining videos will feature details related to reworks of attributes, the marketplace, new PvP rulesets, world events, lockpicking, usage of the mailbox, and much more.

Fractured is currently moving through its Alpha testing phases, with a planned release on Windows, MacOS and Linux. Fractured is still in its Alpha 2 testing phase, with plans to migrate into a Beta 1 and Beta 2 phase before launch. If you’re interested in getting into the next Alpha phase slated for the end of September, you can purchase access from the Fractured store. Currently Alpha Access starts at about $60.00 US, or €45.00 EU. The game plans to release with a Buy to Play monetization model with an optional VIP purchase pass. Lifetime VIP membership founders’ packs are also available for €270.00.

Back in July we reported that the Fall Alpha will include the largest expansion to PvE that Dynamight Studios has produced to date. Despite ongoing testing and substantial progress being made through each phase of development, an exact release date has been revealed at this time.
