MIR Cybernetics Corporation has announced Galaxies of Eden, a brand new entry coming to the MMORPG genre in the future. While incorporating most of the “typical” MMO features, GoE will also focus on social interaction between players. During the game, players will be able to head out into the virtual world as an adventurer, industrialist, or an artist while working cooperatively with others to build their own communities. It is considered a player-driven MMO where players can craft nearly everything from weapons to vehicles to houses to furniture and more.
Other features include:
- Social Gameplay – Players will have to socialize, cooperate and form friendships to succeed in this game. Community building is one of the main pillars of GoE. Players will be able to become intergalactic diplomats and lead their server’s destiny through elections and vote on matters such as the overall taxation levels of their servers.
- Skill System – Players will be able to combine different active skills to create their own distinct playstyle, meanwhile, they will be able to acquire unlimited passive skills to bolster their existing abilities.
- Character Customization – Players will be able to utilize more than a hundred parameters and create the avatar of their dreams.
