Assassin's Creed Valhalla's second DLC, The Siege of Paris, is a little over a week from release as of this writing. While many eyes are on it, Ubisoft has confirmed that 2022 will see more DLC added to the latest entry. With that in mind, a new rumor indicates what fans might expect to see in one of these DLC. SPOILER WARNING: The following article contains major spoilers for Assassin's Creed Odyssey's DLC, as well as potential spoilers for AC Valhalla.

The leak indicates Kassandra could meet Eivor in Assassin's Creed Valhalla, which makes sense given Kassandra's immortality of sorts thanks to the Staff of Hermes (and her role as the canon character over Alexios). It's also worth mentioning that this leak comes way of YouTuber J0nathan, who has been reliable several times in the past, and while it should be taken with a grain of salt for a number of reasons, it's about as solid as a leak can get.

J0nathan, as well as members of his online community, were able to find dialogue that indicated a conversation between Kassandra and Eivor during a questline. J0nathan only commented on the introduction of the quest, which may have been because the rest wasn't accessible in game files or to avoid major spoilers. Either way, the quest begins when a character comes to the Assassin's Creed Valhalla settlement, Ravensthorpe, and saying Randvi has been spotted on Skye Island. Apparently, the island is being plagued by nightmares and those nightmares have also began to impact Ravensthorpe.

It seems that the Assassin's Creed Valhalla devs are using the common notion that Randvi and Kassandra look a lot of like (due to the hair), and that, in some way, players find Kassandra on Skye Island instead of Randvi. The two would encounter each other during some search for the keys and some powerful artifact (likely a Piece of Eden), and Eivor would not trust Kassandra or accept her help. It remains to be seen when or if this comes to the game, but it fits well within the lore. Kassandra lives quite a long time, roughly 2400 years. Of course, fans should keep their expectations in check. Just because this dialogue exists in game files doesn't mean it's for sure happening, or even happening in this way.

Perhaps, as Assassin's Creed Valhalla has teased the gate to Muspelheim already, the keys Eivor are looking for are all tied to said gate. Or, perhaps, it is a different DLC altogether unrelated to that teaser. Right now, Ubisoft is likely to focus on The Siege of Paris, but should a future DLC mention Skye Island, fans may actually see the return of Kassandra.

Assassin's Creed Valhalla is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
