Free-to-play battle royale giant Fortnite is holding another concert event, this time starring UK group Easy Life.
The show will be taking place on Thursday, June 24th at 20:30 UK time in a virtual recreation of London's O2 Arena. The concert will be available to watch until June 27th.
"Within Fortnite Creative, our O2 x easy life partnerships presents an interactive gaming zone unlike anything seen before, providing gamers and music lovers with a range of incredible experiences," the venue wrote on its website.
"First is the recreation of The O2 and while from the outside the iconic London landmark is instantly recognisable, users will enjoy several gameplay additions inside the virtual venue, including exploring a vast new space packed with hidden rooms, backstage areas and our O2 Blueroom, where gamers can complete challenges for a chance to win an exclusive reward."
This is just the latest concert event that Epic Games has hosted in Fortnite. Back in February 2019, almost 11 million people tuned in to watch DJ Marshmello play a gig, while the firm partnered with US rapper Travis Scott for a virtual tour in Fortnite in April 2020.
Since its launch back in 2017, the free-to-play battle royale title has attracted over 350 million people. As of August 2020, Epic is worth a massive $17.3 billion.
