The Fallout 76 site has been updated with the news that the Locked & Loaded update is now live. In addition, developers have provided the community with a peek ahead at what’s coming to the PTS in the near future.
Locked & Loaded brings a host of new content and updates to FO76 including:
- new S.P.E.C.I.A.L. Loadouts feature
- C.A.M.P. slots make homeownership much easier
- new Decryption mode in Daily Ops missions
- Season 4 Scoreboard is now live
- Vending and Display Updates
- UI improvements

Developers also detailed what players can expect to see landing on the PTR in the coming days.
- a new questline, “Steel Reign”, with Paladin Rahmani, Knight Shin, and Scribe Valdez
- Legendary Crafting with players able to make a new item called Legendary Core that applies Legendary Upgrades to gear.
- Legendary Power Armor
- Legendary Attributes Update
In addition to everything mentioned above, the Steel Reign Update will also kick off a brand-new Season, introduce a new Scoreboard, and add some new rewards to the Meat Week Seasonal Event.
