Camelot Unchained released their Top Tenish newsletter last week, this time talking about some of the upcoming races, their lighting and more.

First on the list was talk about their work in progress design of the Jotnar, a race of giants which has been enabled in-game for those able to test. Jotnar have special abilities designed for them, including Hibernation, which sees the Jotnar freeze in place to regen health and stamina.

The lsit goes on to talk about some of th systems the team has been working on since the last push, including the caravan system, which is hopefully being shipped next month to testers. One cool thing the team mentions is the localized sky settings, allowing the sky settings to be localized to a zone, meaning moving from one zone to the next could bring a change in the appearance and amosphere of the region, especially combined with the weather effects being worked on.

Lighting also came up, with the Camelot Unchained team showcasing some of the lighting effects in progress with torches. The team also showed off some of the carrying animations they have been working on, as well as art from the St'rm and Valkyrie. You can check it all out on the Camelot Unchained website. In case you missed it, earlier this month the team released an update showcasing the changes made to movement and stances.
