In two weeks, Black Desert Online  will be swithcing to Pearl Abyss as they take over the publishing of their massively popular MMO from Kakao in the West. However, the transfers of account service haven't exactly gone smoothly for many people. Pearl Abyss has posted a new post detailing some of the resolved issues surrounding the transfer issues for those who need them.

For some players who have had issues with errors when trying to transfer their accounts, either via the website or through Steam, such an error message that would appear if you didn't own the MMO on Steam, the issues have been resolved to correctly display why you might be recieving the error message. Also, for those who had runtime error messages, or had issues with their verification emails not sending, those should also be resolved, though the Pearl Abyss team does recommend sending a support ticket in if you're still experiencing the problems.

Pearl Abyss is also upping its communication with fans, partly through more posts on the website ahead of major content updates or roadmap changes. Additionally, the team will be previewing the new updates on their official broadcast streams, according to the Black Desert dev. One such stream will be happening on February 19th, introducing the new new team with community managers Tiny Nose and RinkuTalks. The team promised some prizes and rewards, as well as a surprise for those tuning in, though the team still needs to let players know what time the stream will be happening.
