Over the past couple of months, players have been diving head first into the expansive world of Genshin Impact. The free-to-play RPG has proven to be a massive success with players around the globe, with Chinese developer miHoYo announcing recently that Genshin Impact has made over $400 million on the mobile version alone. While this statistic is certainly impressive, miHoYo has now released more statistics for the game, but with a humorous spin.

Genshin Impact has released its second issue of 'Teyvat Times,' a sort of newsletter that provides players with interesting/odd player statistics. The first issue released a couple of weeks ago, and featured stats such as what the most challenged Domain was, dishes that were most likely to be failed cooking, and whether or not players deemed Paimon as "emergency food" or not.

According to this new post, the Genshin Impact player that has fallen to their death the most out of all players has done so 1,907 times for an average of 28 times per day since the game launched. The post went on to say that the player that has drowned the most plays on the America Server. It then almost reveals the name of said player before cheekily saying that it will never tell their secret.

Issue No. 2 of Teyvat Times then discusses the three most commonly used characters for Genshin Impact's weekly bosses. When it comes to Stormterror, players appear to use Barbara, Amber, and Kaeya most often. Barbara, Fischl, and Noelle are the characters most likely to be seen fighting in the Wolf of the North challenge. And finally, Barbara, Fischl, and Diluc are players' most popular choices when it comes to fighting Tartaglia in the Golden House.

It appears that Genshin Impact players are also meeting their ends at the hands of some unlikely foes, as well. According to the post, 892 players have been killed by Mist Flowers while 1,462 players have died from Flaming Flowers. Not only that, but apparently 652 players have been killed by stampeding boars.

Finally, the post concludes with statistics about the most hunted game in Teyvat. While boars may have bested some players, an average of 4,082,792 have been slain by players daily. Meanwhile, 3,327,898 cranes on average have been hunted down everyday for use in Genshin Impact's various recipes. And the player that hunted the most pigeons has shot down 5,623 of them, for an average of 82 per day.

While it's unknown how long miHoYo intends on continuing these posts, it seems that players are enjoying the weird stats immensely. And with the game's fanbase growing at a seemingly rapid pace after the many awards Genshin Impact has won, it seems likely that players will have more issues of the Teyvat Times to look forward to in the future.

Genshin Impact is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, and mobile devices.
