A free play event for Elder Scrolls Online is currently underway. You’ll be able to participate until December 9 at 10a ET.
The free play is live across PC/Mac, Stadia, Xbox, and PlayStation. One quick note about the Stadia version, as it’s only available in certain limited territories. As to what those territories are, we’re not quite sure as the blog did not specify.
As to what you can access, you’ll be able to play the full base game which includes the four base classes, 24 zones including Vvardenfell from Morrowind, in addition to the main storyline. New players will receive 500 crowns to spend at their discretion in the Crown Store.
During the free play event, Elder Scrolls Online will be 60% off across all platforms: PC, Mac, Stadia, Xbox consoles, and PlayStation consoles. However, keep in mind that the sale ends at different dates depending on your console as outlined below:
- PC/Mac—December 9
- Stadia—December 10
- Xbox—December 9
- PlayStation—December 22
