HotShot Racing, the awsome retro racing sim from Curve Digital, just got a brand new Big Boss Bundle DLC today, and it’s absolutely free.
Getting off the grid on PC and console today, drivers on PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch now have a whole trunk full of extra content with this brand new update.
Boss Level Grand Prix
If you’re sick of coasting by on easy mode then the latest update to this arcade racer adds a total of four bright new tracks to the HotShot racing experience. Crammed into the Big Boss Grand Prix event, the 8 Ball Highway, Cargo Chaos, Frozen Freeway and Surf City tracks each feature their own stunning scenery and unique themes to conquer across this high speed experience.
Barrel Barrage Mode
On top of the brand new tarmac, HotShot’s new DLC also adds an explosive game mode. Take Hotshot Racing’s trademark breakneck speed and add explosive barrels to the mix for something special. Launched from the rear of each vehicle in the action, barrels explode on contact with competitors’ cars, inflicting damage and making each dash for the chequered flag more perilous.
Since it launched back in August 2020, Hotshot Racing has dragged racers around a whole host of brightly colour track at breakneck speed. The action arcade throwback features fast-paced full-contact racing gameplay and visuals inspired by arcade hits of racing games old. When we got hands on with HotShot Racing ahead of the grid we were hugely impressed by all the effort developer Lucky Mountain Games and publisher Curve in making racing a bunch of fun.
