If you like Fortnite and by reading this news release, we suspect that you might, then you may be happy to hear that Epic Games is launching a new subscription offering, Fortnite Crew that will provide “can’t miss” content for only $11.99 a month.
For the cost of just one moderately priced cup of coffee a week, players will be able to obtain the following:
- Battle Pass Included for the full Season - As a member of the Fortnite Crew, you’ll always have access to the current season’s Battle Pass!
- 1,000 V-Bucks Each Month - Fortnite Crew members will receive 1,000 V-Bucks every month. Spend it on your favorite Item Shop content!
- Get A New Monthly Crew Pack! - Get an exclusive Fortnite Crew Pack, an always-new Outfit Bundle that only Fortnite Crew members get.
They also listed what players can expect from the December Crew Pack, which will include the Cosmic Llamacorn Pickaxe, the fractured world ‘Back Bling’ and, well, everything shown in the announcement trailer.
Lately Fortnite has been in an epic (pun intended) battle with Apple regarding how the game is attempting to monetize itself on their app store. Apple recently filed for damages against Epic, as the lawsuits are ongoing, despite GeForce Now promising a possible loophole, allowing players to eventually access Fortnite in the mobile space circumventing the app stores entirely.
