Shadow Warrior 2

Whilst we're sat at the dining table eating our breakfast in the morning, we like to imagine the CEO of Embracer Group was up and ready to go three hours before us preparing plans to buy yet another developer. And they do this every single day of the week. Yes, the company that THQ Nordic and Koch Media both fall under has just purchased another 13 studios. Those range from Shadow Warrior team Flying Wild Hog through to Zen Pinball developer Zen Studios. Embracer Group now owns 58 different teams. Madness.

The other developers are A Thinking Ape Entertainment, Snapshot Games, Nimble Giant Entertainment, 34BigThings, Mad Head Games, Sandbox Strategies LLC, Purple Lamp Studios, IUGO Mobile Entertainment, Quantic Lab SRL, Coffee Stain North, and Silent Games. That sure is a lot of developers, some of which will be drafted into Saber Interactive to bolster their production efforts. "The aggregated day one purchase price for the Acquisitions amounts to approximately SEK 2.0 billion on a cash and debt free basis."
