The Redeemer can be found inside a locker room during the Echoes of a Cold War mission. Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War's campaign is scattered with these hidden weapons which can be found by completing optional objectives. Players who have not made it this far may find some spoilers ahead that reference sequences throughout the mission.
Finding the Redeemer can be a bit tricky, as it is not directly laid out in the main mission path. Players will have to find a key, make it to the locker, and then open it. The Redeemer is well worth the work. as it is a rather strong weapon despite being only a revolver. This upgraded weapon acts as a Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War blueprint by increasing stats and damage through unique attachments.
Locating The Redeemer
Finding the Locker is important for players seeking the Redeemer. During the mission, players will fall into an old Call of Duty facility that is filled with frozen corpses. While traveling along the main mission players will find the weapons locker. While the game pushes players onwards, they will encounter Soviet soldiers and soon find themselves heading down a zipline. This zipline will break and players will lose their weapons.
After this, players will be forced to crawl through corridors wielding only a knife. If players keep heading left whenever possible, they will eventually find themselves back at a weapon locker in a dark room. This room will be accessible via a broken window, simply step through and the locker is mounted on a wall straight ahead. Inside the locker is the legendary Call of Duty revolver.
Locating The Key
To unlock the weapon locker, players will need to find the key. Players will have to go slightly off path and work their way through a maze of corridors and tunnels to locate a strategy planning room with cargo, crates, dossiers, and a map. There will be a table filled with film reels, and the weapon locker key is found in a side room attached to this chamber. The key will award players with an optional Call of Duty mission to find the weapons locker with the revolver. Simply navigate back to the locker to claim the Redeemer.
