Legends of Aria has provided an update on the Outlands, but part two this time, as part of point release 11.
The post discusses several features, including the Hangman’s Tree and Necropolis points of interest. You can find the Hangman’s Tree on the way to the railway which leads to the Necropolis. The team also shared some work in progress renders of some assets.
The Necromancer class was also touched upon, with all them beginning with the ability to summon a base minion type. You’ll be able to upgrade this as you progress, of course. But this is where things get a bit interesting,
“However, don’t get attached to your minions as there are multiple pathways for the Necromancer to dispose of them in exchange for defensive and offensive potency. Players that want to excel at the necromancy class will have to learn to adeptly juggle the creation and consumption of their minions as well as their own health pools.”
