We’ll be sporting a ton of Halloween goodies this week as games across the genres descend into harrowing haunts for the season. NCSoft is no exception with the arrival of the Blade & Soul annual event, Blade & Ghoul. The event is already underway and is packed with “ghoulish goodies, events-a-plenty, and more”. The event is expected to run from now through November 18th with players able to exchange the special currency through December 16th.
During Blade & Ghoul, players will be able to take part in the Halloween Haunt to earn event currency including Pumpkin Taffy, Happy Halloween Tokens, and Letter Tiles. In addition, players can claim a package of Ghoulish Halloween Treats for free from the Hongmoon Store. Treats include Pumpkin Taffy, Halloween Haul, and a 7-day Spellcaster. Players looking for a bit of random luck can try transmuting the Halloween Haul into a Heavy Halloween Haul that can include Happy Halloween Tokens, and a long list of other goodies such as Elder Scales, Bloodstones, Sacred Crystal Bundles, and much more. Letter Tiles can be exchanged for Haunted Halloween Tokens and extra Pumpkin Taffies can be earned through Daily Quests and via Login rewards.
The Tower of Memory has been enabled as the Halloween event dungeon with additional Daily Challenge and Dynamic Quests available. During these events, players can earn a Box of Spells with themed goodies inside.
