Time to sing happy birthday to Warhammer: Vermintide as it celebrates its fifth birthday. Here are some stats from the past five years.
As the game turns five on October 23 (tomorrow), the game boasts:

- 5 x 15% Discount on Vermintide**
- 555,555,555 Enemy Elimination Community Challenge
All those “5’s” have a ring to it don’t they? Well, as the team notes, it’s actually 8 million players, but it didn’t jive with the whole “5” theme. And, in keeping with the theme, the “5 x 15%” is actually 75% off. In fact, CEO of Fatshark, Martin Wahlund, provided the following celebratory statement in an accompanying press release saying,
“What a ride! I can’t believe that it’s been five years since we released the first Vermintide game. I want to thank everybody that has been playing since day one, or even earlier via betas, and at the same time invite everyone to join us for the five-year celebrations.”
